The President of South Africa has declared a National State of Disaster in the country, with a three week lockdown being enforced to prevent the further spread of the Covid-19 virus. Some measures post-lockdown will include travelling restrictions, prohibiting meetings of 100 or more, intensifying personal hygiene and preventing close personal contact.
The JCNR will evaluate future events and will then take a decision about our calendar for 2020 as the situation evolves.
In the meantime, we urge all to maintain good health, to change your behaviour and to regularly wash your hands. Should you feel unwell, with a high fever and dry cough, we recommend that you consult your doctor.
