Programme :

Friday 21 March :

' Meet & Greet ' at the Engen Blockhouse on the R59 South at 11.00  am for 11.30 am departure.

Countryside drive to Henley-On-Klip where we will enjoy lunch at the Swagga Brewery.

Casual drive to Parys, where you can either do some shopping or drive directly to the Khaya Ibhubesi Lodge to book in. Evening drinks and dinner at the lodge.

Saturday 22 March :

After breakfast at the lodge Prof Graeme Adfdison of Blast Dome Vredefort Tours will collect us in two mini-buses for an introductory lecture at his venue, which is very close to the lodge and thereafter depart in the two minibuses for his site tour.

At lunch time, we will enjoy a picnic lunch at a suitable picturesque spot with food and drinks provided by the lodge.

We will return back to the lodge around 3.30 pm - 4.00 pm. Evening drinks and dinner at the lodge.

Sunday 23 March :

Depart after breakfast at your own convenience.

Cost will be R 9800.00 per couple sharing and single cost upon enquiry.

Included costs are :

Accommodation for 2 nights at the Khaya Ibhubesi lodge, two dinners and two breakfasts

Blast Dome Vredefort presentation and site tour in two minibuses and a picnic lunch with non-alcoholic drinks.

Jaguar XJ-S 50th anniversary related regalia.

Not included costs are :

Drinks and lunch at the Swagga Brewery

Drinks, spa treatment and items for personal use at the lodge

Note : As we need to confirm with the various service suppliers asap, booking & payment required before COB 28 February, 2025 using your name and 'Parys' as reference and please advise Gerry Kramer.

- 20 : JCNR Show Day. In the area opposite the Flamingo Centre in Modderfontein.

- 31 : JCNR AGM at Jaguar Experience, Lonehill

- 24 to 27 / 28 : Possible XJ-S 50th celebration event in Natal Midlands.

October :

- 26 : British Car Day at VVC.

November :

- 16 : Breakfast event with The Lotus Register

- 7 : Chair annual year-end
